Our Nathuropath blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. Treating both acute and chronic conditions, her treatments are chosen based on the individual patient – their physiological, structural, psychological, social, spiritual, environment and lifestyle factors. In addition to diet and lifestyle changes, natural therapies including botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, and traditional Chinese medicine/acupuncture, may also be used during treatments.
Our Registered Kinesiologist uses her education in the scientific study of human movement, performance and function, and applies the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology and neuroscience in her treatment sessions. She uses science-based approaches, research and assessment to aid in the rehabilitation and enhancement of human performance and to assist in the prevention of injury and other physiological conditions. Her passion lies in myofascial treatments, ki-hara resistance training and personal coaching.
Our Registered Massage Therapists use their education in physiology and anatomy to combine traditional Swedish and modern massage therapy techniques with other therapies to treat their clients in a customized manner. They encourage integrative care to provide a holistic approach in the management of their clients.
