What to Expect

The fascial stretch therapy session is performed by a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist.  It takes place on a massage table and incorporates comfortable straps used to stabilize the limbs or part of the body that is not being worked on. This facilitates relaxation and enhances the effectiveness of the technique.​

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy™ is an assisted table-based stretching system that focus on the fascia as the key element in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance and pain relief.
